After teaching real estate for nearly a decade, I realized that most people have little to no understanding about real estate as an asset or how debt (good debt) works or how to read contracts and leases. At the beginning of each of my classes, I ask how many of my students actually read their lease before signing it. I usually get 1 or 2.This is because they are not taught how to understand contracts or what they should be looking out for before signing, giving all the power to the other side. It is my mission to help change that and provide education to the general public on how to look at real estate differently. as an asset, as a wealth building device, and as an investment ANYONE utilize!
