ABOUT MALLORY MORGAN
I am a Supervisory Attorney in the Children and Family Services Practice Group at Legal Aid Chicago, a legal aid agency serving Cook County, Illinois residents. At Legal Aid Chicago, I handle a caseload of both Spanish and English language clients. My position involves personally litigating family matters for domestic violence victims across the Greater Chicago Area, conducting formal and informal negotiations, and participating in hearings and trials. Further, I manage staff in their representation of similar cases. I graduated magna cum laude from DePaul University College of Law in May 2017, where I ranked in the top 10% with a 3.663 GPA and was nominated for membership in the Order of the Coif. While at DePaul, I served on the Editorial Board for the DePaul Law Review and on the Committee for the Center of Public Interest Law. During law school, I was awarded the Schiller DuCanto & Fleck Family Law Center Scholarship, the Kott Gerontology Scholarship, and the DePaul University College of Law’s Chancellor’s Award for Service. I graduated cum laude from Villanova University in 2014 with majors in History and Spanish. In addition, I graduated with an Honors major from the Honors Program, which required writing a junior and senior thesis. While in my junior year, I studied at the University of Cadiz in Cadiz, Spain.
