About Mallory Hagen
As an emerging young professional in the Cannabis industry, I strive to offer my perspective and problem-solving skills to the community! After launching one of New Jersey\'s first adult use dispensaries, I was given the opportunity to develop our store\'s standard operating procedures in both front and back of house. As the Inventory Manager, I prepared the store for full Metrc integration, as well as the launch of both Recreational and Medical Metrc instances. In my most recent role as the Assistant General Manager, I have been granted the new challenge to expand my skillset into people management. Currently, as the Demand Planner for the New Jersey market, I look forward to advancing the company’s goals based on data driven decision making, overall improving the efficiency of our team!
