Provides day to day general Human Resource support to branch employees and branch management staff, elevating questions and issues to the HR Director.• Processes weekly payroll for 200+ employees in Sage100 Contractor• Conducts new employee orientation sessions, including new hire paperwork processing.• Creates and maintains employee personnel files in HRIS System• Processes and maintains branch I-9 files in accordance with company policies• Job costing and maintaining expense reports• Assists with the workers’ compensation claims management, issuing and obtaining claim paperwork, collecting statements, and coordinating with HR Director on doctor’s notes and return to work programs• Receives initial notices from employees and supervisors for leave of absence requests/needs and maintains monthly calendar of events.• Manages all company social media, job posts and application inquiries.• Receives inquiries from outside vendors on unemployment claims, utilizing online tools, to provide timely responses• Processes all Garnishments and weekly payroll• Processes and creates weekly reports in SAGE100Contractor for Project Managers, Owner and HR Director.• Conducts HR audits on a weekly basis• Assists with various administrative duties as assigned by the management team, and Human Resources Director or Owner.
