Partnering with the Recruiting Manager to develop strategic workforce planning to help TruGreen\'s Talent Acquisition Partners reach their highest potential, build morale, and create an environment of growth. • Supervise daily operations of the recruiting team, which included a core team of 13 Talent Acquisition Partners and seasonally additional recruiters. • Using data analytics to forecast current needs and potential openings within the Carolina and Plains regions.• Weekly steering calls with Regional Managers and other leadership to review recruitment efforts in branches actively recruiting or pivot to other branches in the region. • Reviewing and approving job advertisement to make sure advertisement costs align with budget constraints. • Partnering with Indeed and other outlets to set up, advertise, and conduct virtual hiring events for needed sales positions. • Training new recruiters or contractors brought onto the team with Indeed, Workday, Phenom (CRM), LinkedIn Recruiter, and out of the box recruiting techniques. • Ensure policies and procedures are followed and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively.
