ABOUT MALLORY STEELE
I’m a healthcare professional with a unique blend of clinical regulatory knowledge and strategic business insight, holding both an MBA and MPH. My career has been rooted in public health and healthcare operations, where I specialize in regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness (TJC & HRSA), quality improvement, and project implementation. Currently, I serve as an Accreditation Regulatory Specialist for a local health department, where I lead efforts to streamline compliance processes, conduct internal audits, support survey preparedness, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across clinical programs. My passion lies in bridging the gap between public health priorities and operational efficiency—ensuring that systems not only meet standards but serve people better. With experience working in federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), outpatient clinical settings, and community-focused programs, I thrive in mission-driven environments that prioritize access, safety, and innovation. I’m especially drawn to opportunities where I can contribute to program development, risk management, or healthcare strategy. I’m always looking to connect with professionals passionate about public health, healthcare operations, and improving systems from the inside out. Let’s connect!
