As the Workplace Experience and Culture Manager at Auctane, I get to blend my love for community building with the complexities of workplace operations.My role involves overseeing all daily functions of the physical office while championing the culture that makes Auctane unique. Whether it\'s leading engagement initiatives or optimizing our workplace efficiency, I am focused on creating meaningful experiences that make every day better for our team.People are at the heart of everything I do. I’ve had the privilege of working with all of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to foster inclusion, elevate diverse voices, and strengthen community across the company. I also work with nonprofits, and I have grown up working closely with the Alzheimer’s and special needs communities. I’ve had the joy of working with animals as well, helping bring comfort, connection, and joy wherever I can. My background in American Sign Language and experience in an interpreting program have given me a deep appreciation for accessibility and ensuring everyone feels seen and heard.At the intersection of people, purpose, and community is where I thrive, bringing teams together, championing culture, and building spaces where everyone can do their best work.
