   My role combines strategy and execution leading brand identity, marketing, leasing and communication efforts across Turnbridge’s dynamic portfolio of mixed-use assets. With $4B AUM, I work cross-functionally with investor relations, our development team, and property managers to identify opportunities through storytelling, design and data-driven insights to amplify our placemaking expertise. I work closely with our compliance team to oversee all third-party agencies and stakeholders to ensure that our fund strategy is communicated appropriately adhering to SEC guidelines. I\'m most fulfilled when I\'m able to see proof of concept through launch campaigns and able to identify partnerships with local vendors, artists, and homegrown brands to create a sense of community amongst our national retailers while increasing dwell time from visitors at our developments.
