About Mallory Harney

As the Director of Training & Quality at Hilton, I lead the planning, implementation, and coordination of all corporate training programs. With a focus on mastering the art of luxury service, communication, empowerment and leadership, I ensure that our 350+ team members across 13 different departments receive the best possible training to meet specific departmental needs. I also conduct meetings with department managers, trainers, and employees to review performance trends, develop action plans. Additionally oversee all programs, activities and incentives on property that give recognition. I oversee and monitor all departmental training programs, including Alcohol Awareness CPR, ServSafe, and corporate compliance. My goal is to create a positive and inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive and grow.
