About Mallorie van Woerkom
I am currently a junior in the Finance Program at the BYU Marriott School of Business. I have enjoyed math since I was a little girl. After a few different classes in the business school I decided to pursue a degree in Finance. My educational focus is in Corporate Finance. When I was 10 I started playing lacrosse with my older sister and now I am on the women\'s lacrosse team at Brigham Young University! Being a student-athlete has taught me how to manage my time and how to prioritize. I enjoy running and watching movies! I ran my first marathon in September 2022, which was definitely the hardest thing I have ever done, but I am grateful for the challenge that it was for me. From running a marathon, I learned that we can push ourselves so much further than we think possible.
