Handling more than 1800 employees across India.• Ensure compliance with BU-specific policies and processes, manage statutory requirements, monitor policy execution, evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and systems, proactively address critical issues, and provide regular dashboard updates, with a focus on meeting timelines for tasks like RTO, BGV, PIP, absconding, and separations.• Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.• Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.• Collaborates/works closely with Country Consulting Leader, Portfolio HR Business Partners, Central HR teams to assess/anticipate human resource-related needs to develop programs and solutions• Provides support on the other areas of Human Resources practice when required and to assist in ad-hoc projects/tasks where necessary
