Led the design of a new compliance reporting experience for Cisco CX Cloud as the sole UX designer. I initiated the project, collaborated with PMs and engineers, and delivered a functional prototype in one month—simplifying reporting, reducing setup time, and introducing AI-driven insights. The success of this work influenced the broader reporting roadmap and legacy tool migration. Also contributed to the redesign of the Meraki Next Gen Dashboard, helping improve usability at scale for global enterprise customers. Focused on simplifying navigation, unifying complex data, and improving trust through better visibility and control. Our design updates received positive feedback at Cisco Live and helped drive customer adoption.
