As Financial Controller, I lead the financial strategy, governance, and performance management framework, supporting executive leadership and investor stakeholders in a high-growth real estate environment.Key Responsibilities:• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP & A):Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, sensitivity analysis, and variance reporting to support strategic decisions.• Investor Reporting & Updates:Prepare periodic investor decks, performance summaries, cash flow statements, and project-level updates to ensure transparency and capital confidence.• Valuation Modelling & Financial Modelling:Build and maintain financial models including DCF, project IRR, scenario analysis, and capital structure evaluation to support fundraising, strategic expansion, and investment decisions.• MIS & Executive Dashboarding:Develop detailed MIS reports and Power BI dashboards for CFO & CEO covering cash flow, project profitability, working capital, and cost performance.• Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:Monitor liquidity, fund deployment, and capital allocation across projects to ensure optimal utilization.• Internal Controls & Governance:Strengthen financial controls, standardize reporting systems, and ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.• Project Financial Oversight:Evaluate project feasibility, track margins, monitor cost escalations, and assess ROI across developments.• Audit & Stakeholder Coordination:Collaborate with auditors, consultants, and advisors to ensure timely reporting and governance alignment.
