Role Summary:Deliver data analytics and business intelligence solutions to support evidence-based decision-making within the public sector. Responsible for developing Tableau dashboards, managing data quality, and providing analytical support to the stakeholders across Canada.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards using complex SQL queries to extract and visualize data.Support public sector end users across all 13 provinces and territories by developing ad-hoc reports and providing analytical insights tailored to their operational needs.Collaborate with program, and DB teams to identify data requirements and translate them into actionable reporting solutions.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with public sector data governance and privacy standards.Streamline reporting workflows to improve transparency, accountability, and performance monitoring.Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on how to create and use dashboards and interpret key performance metrics for informed decision-making.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency and data visualization practices.Optimize dashboard performance by reducing load times and improving responsiveness through efficient data source connections and visual design Follow the SDLC process in development and utilize proper naming standards Work with subject matter experts to understand the needs of both internal and external customers Self-starter, an individual who is not fully dependent on direction to fulfill the functions of the role Thrives in an entrepreneurial-like environment.
