Working on building processes and developing the integrated systems that helps in the maintaining stock, order processing and logistic operations. • Prepared SOPs at every level of business to ensure smooth flow of processes and ensure 0% deviation. • Handling a team of 128 members consisting of managers and executives for processing of orders and ensuring stock levels across the FCs. • Conducting daily cycle counts to ensure 0% shrinkage and loss prevention of stock. • Working with sales team, customer support team, finance and FC teams to make sure the orders reach customer as per the service level agreement (SLAs). • Designed and Implemented dashboards, alert systems, ticketing management and reports for continuous monitoring of the order flow, stock levels. • Raising POs based on the inventory levels and maintaining 100% fulfilment rates that guaranteed customer satisfaction. • Leading the team into following the processes by conducting briefing sessions for teams and counselling the individuals regarding the deviations happened to avoid manual errors. • Analyzing data to assess performance, discover logistical problems and devise plans for improvements. • Taking help from the software development team in developing tools and tabs within the ERP system for better visibility of the complete order status and inventory levels. • Using the company owned ERP system(Ben Franklin ERP) to analyze data, Fulfilment center and delivery applications for processing and delivering the orders. • Using functions like MS-Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookup, Formatting, Macro etc).
