Enhancing customer experience, optimizing processes, transforming teams and finding solutions to problems is what I love to do. Over the past 10 years, I have worked in organizations across multiple industries- I began my career as an Engineer in the luxury hospitality industry where I turned around the performance of teams I led, found solutions to complex engineering problems and led digitization of operations. I transitioned as a Property Manager into the commercial real estate industry where I enhanced customer experience by bringing about a change in my team\'s approach to customer issues and helped make our operations more sustainable by utilizing data analytics through the use of smart technologies. In my last assignment in a tech company, as a Facilities Manager, I spearheaded local teams and liaised with global teams while finding new ways to ensure operational efficiency and business continuity through the Covid-19 crisis. I further reduced operating costs by renegotiating contracts and incorporating data analytics through the use of connected-tech. My current role as a Construction Project Manager helps me leverage my previous experience to provide cutting edge infrastructure with short turn-around times.
