I am a semiconductor professional with 9+ years of experience in product & test engineering domain and on-site work experience in Singapore, specializing in both digital and analog blocks bring-up. Work experience in product engineering activities such as data analysis, device & package qual activities.My expertise spans across semiconductor product test, PVT characterization, ATE hardware design and worked on validation of products from 28nm down to 5nm technologies.
