Other KPI’s include environmental targets, reducing price per litre spend through managing haulage costs and maximising profit for co-product sales. This is achieved by:• Creating and managing the production plans for 30 Distilleries.• Advising both the Scotch Director and procurement of annual barley requirements.• Maximising production at 4 Malting’s sites prior to liaising with procurement to source 3rd party Malt.• Ensuring that co-products are used as Bio fuel or sold for maximum profit to customers.• Conducting regular haulier reviews to ensure that any Health and Safety incidents are investigated and closed down.• Identify ways to reduce carbon omissions while improving customer relationships and the service provided.
