About Mallory Keith Wixom

After studying in Hawaii, New Zealand, and Utah, I graduated with a B.S. in Education from Brigham Young University (BYU) in the top ten percent of my class. I recently completed BYU’s Executive MPA program with a cumulative 4.0 GPA and received the Lennis M. Knighton Academic Award presented to the graduating student with the highest academic record.I work on the Product Operations team at PointClickCare where I have been (1) implementing and configuring software to enable collaboration between our Product and Engineering teams;(2) standardizing best-practices for common internal workflows;(3) drafting & establishing foundational knowledge material which provide the organization a shared lexicon about our industry and product; and (4) collaborating across teams to coordinate a UX-directed method to regularly surface meaningful summaries of the customer voice folded into supporting artifacts and processes throughout the PDLC.Prior to this role, I supported both the CEO and COO of Collective Medical as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager. My responsibilities included planning and running all company events; coordinating monthly Town Hall meetings and Lunch & Learns; organizing retreats and off-sites; managing all office needs and corresponding budgets; scheduling meetings and travel; and anything else I could do to contribute. Formerly, I was a teacher in Cedar Hills, Utah. During my tenure, I was asked to mentor BYU students which included eight weeks of training and observations. In addition, I was asked to teach behavior management techniques at a school-wide seminar. I later received the teacher of the trimester award. After two years, I decided to embrace a new challenge and move into the private sector. I have enjoyed the growth and expanded network!With my free time, I spend time with my husband, two-year-old daughter, and two dogs; practice yoga and lift weights daily; read French literature and watch French films; ski as often as possible; and bake breads and pastries. My goal in the workplace is to contribute significantly to my environment and exceed the expectations of my role.
