Main concentration of patients on telemetry floor. These patients are admitted to rule out acute coronary syndrome, or interventions including angiography and stent placement, pacemaker/AICD implantation. Post CABG and vascular patients patients managed as well. Co-management of surgical and cardiovascular patients. Leader of the rapid response team, member of code team. Rapid care/intervention for patients with new-onset chest pain, new arrythmia, shortness of breath, intractable seizures or uncontrolled hypertension.
