I lead a team of 4 Account Executives spread across two offices, and am responsible for a geographically large sales area. Together with my team and our cross functional partners, we help to drive revenue and client success by researching, suggesting, and selling effective marketing and advertising campaigns.Since stepping into this position, my team has established a strong record of exceeding our goals, often leading our division in percent to annual budget. In 2024, we met our goal before the end of Q2 and finished with 7% growth over the previous year. So far in 2025, we have grown over 13% and hit our annual goal in August. In just three years, we have grown our market\'s revenue by 23%.I am knowledgeable about all aspects of our business, including our active clients, churned clients, and potential prospects. I seek out new learning opportunities to keep improving my leadership skills and understanding of the ever changing advertising and media industry.
