   ILEAD - Initiatives for Livelihood Education and Development is Aide et Action\'s initiative to promote education through livelihood training and enhance livelihood opportunities through education programmes. The primary aim of the programme is to train youth and school dropouts from the marginalized sections of society in employability and entrepreneurship skills and developing their perspective for greater commitment towards the larger society.Key Responsibilities: Overall execution and monitoring of ILead-Himayat Project and staff at state level. Management of training centre/ infrastructure/ human resource and ensure smooth functioning of all activities (Mobilization, enrolment, training, on job training, placement, tracking etc.) in coordination with Regional Manager. Closely supervise and accompany all staff. Ensuring expenditure according to the budget estimates and observance of financial/accounting norms & coordinate with centres and AEA accountant. Market scan and networking with employers and ensure on job training and placements. Support Centre In charge to organize Training Programs, Guest lectures, Motivational classes, Job readiness classes, Workshops, Job fair, Advisory Board Meetings, Alumni Meetings etc. Arrangement for certification of trainees. Consult with media and other stakeholders required for arrangement of any workshop, placement and other activities. Performance evaluation of staff. Preparation of reports & documents in a timely manner. Present project progress report to the Regional Manager on weekly basis and in the monthly meetings with Himayat/NIRD/ MORD Directorate. Facilitating visits of AEA team & external visitors.
