Led the monitoring and evaluation effort for the CDC NPHI Program and its 25 global implementing partners. Developed the strategic data management plan to shape data priorities and guide the collection, analysis, visualization, and dissemination of program data. Analyzed multi-year evaluation data, wrote the annual report of the findings, and provided recommendations to leadership. Collaborated with the internal team and leadership to validated and clean the data. Established, designed, and led the “end-to-end” development of a cloud-based data management system and dashboard in Power Apps and Power Bi- to manage data needs and enhance and expand dissemination to internal and external audiences. Supervised a cross-functional team to support the M&E efforts. Wrote the standard operating procedures and defined the reporting standards and user manual for the data system and dashboard. Developed indicator monitoring tool for tracking implementing partners\' activities and funding. Revised program metrics and provided leadership recommendations on evaluation system improvements. Coordinated quarterly updates of NPHI Program support metrics and the technical reference materials. Designed and piloted the COVID-related monitoring and evaluation indicators and protocol with the internal CDC team. Conducted descriptive and factor analysis on Joint Evaluation Effort data using Excel and R, for contribution to a peer reviewed publication. Collaborated with staff and leadership to identify data needs, gaps and priorities that measure activity alignment with the organizations mission. Conducted site visits with cross-functional staff in West African ministries of health and National Institutes of Public Health. Responsible for identifying priority countries for ongoing CDC NPHI Program investments that align with mission to support global health security. Spearheaded and managed an initiative to enhance capacity in monitoring and evaluation among CDC in-country staff.
