On-site CSM for contingent and permanent workforce across a portfolio of clients. Clients range/have ranged, from London Market Insurers, large retail giants & also constituents of the FTSE 100 Index- Line Management duties- Relationship management with key stakeholders and sponsors; ensuring KPIs are met and client satisfaction targets achieved- QBR and YBR presentations created and conducted - Escalation point of contact for Recruitment Delivery Teams within Lorien for client related issues- Support delivery sourcing teams with creative recruitment solutions to attract the right candidates- Requisition management and sourcing support in spare time - Ownership for operational & strategic success of the client(s)- Hands on requisition management/recruitment business partnering & sourcing support when required during busier periods.
