ABOUT MALIKA SAHONTA
As a dedicated, positive and tenacious Leader in Education, I have improved the life chances of many students throughput my career. I design the curriculum to ensure that students enjoy their education but most importantly leave school with life skills. I have been teaching in mainstream education for a number of years and been recognized as a unique Leader with a range of interpersonal skills. As an intelligent professional, I keep myself abreast of educational reform and new Ofsted foci to ensure that my area of focus is able to withstand any type of scrutiny. I manage staff and students with a positive attitude and use situational leadership to ensure that staff are developed and retained. I also work closely with Exam boards as an Examiner and have created many opportunities within my school through networking. I have developed my expertise throughout my career and continue to work on my own professional development in order to provide the best service to my employer and to my students.
