These initiatives include open architecture, adding Third Party managers to their platform and improving their operational efficiencies by offering modern TAMP capabilities and billing efficiencies for an enhanced client experience. Involved in multiple strategic initiatives as well as process improvement projects with a focus on client retention and experience. These projects required cross functional collaboration across multiple teams globally-Led the Program to migrate clients from the legacy billing system to the Redi2 billing system-Led the Program to launch 50 Third Party Manager Multi Asset ETF’s which included Blackrock, Clark Capital.
