Clients (Projects) – Saudi Aramco (MIP 1 & 4 and LTA II), TOTAL (16” PRP)\\\\n\\\\nResponsible for managing the engineering, procurement, subcontracts, fabrication, marine, hook-up, pre-commissioning and completions of the entire subsea scope (pipelines, cables, umbilicals, risers and J-Tubes) for project up to $5 billion in value.\\\\n\\\\nRoles and Responsibilities:\\\\n• Active engagement with client and key stakeholders’ (vendors, subcontractors, other contractors, various internal functions) through various kick-off and progress meetings for effective execution of project.\\\\n• Establish, manage and monitor alignment of execution strategy, resources and budget with project deliverables and schedule.\\\\n• Manage key subsea packages (umbilicals, cables and line pipe) with vendors / subcontractors to align with project schedule.\\\\n• Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, specifications and milestones throughout project execution.\\\\n\\\\nKey accomplishments:\\\\n• Critical review of project scope of work and schedule to optimize umbilical, cable and pipelay route, pipe wall thickness, concrete weight coating thickness and subsea crossings subsequently resulting in material, subcontract and offshore installation savings worth circa $10M.\\\\n• Monitor and control project risks worth circa $50M and identify opportunities to reduce risk value.\\\\n• Manage all subsea related change orders (scope addition / deletion / optimization) from clients and suppliers worth circa $15M.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
