As the President & CEO of one of the largest minority-owned and controlled companies in the Greater Philadelphia Area, I make it a priority to support other minority firms and invest in the communities where we work and live. I joined PRWT in September 2007 as SVP of Human Resources and Payroll. In this position, I led the integration of Cherokee Pharmaceuticals into the PRWT family of companies-a role that included the development of new mission, vision and value statements that were ultimately embraced by all of our employees to guide our actions and behavior. In 2010, I assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel and began to guide our company’s direction before transitioning to my current roles as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel in 2015. At PRWT, we are constantly thinking of new ways to provide our customers with the best business process solutions, operations, facilities management and maintenance services. We build solid relationships and provide cost savings and world-class services that inspire customer loyalty. I earned my Bachelor’s, MBA, and Juris Doctorate (JD) degree (JD) from Rutgers University. I am licensed to practice law in the States of New Jersey, Colorado, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I serve on the Board of Directors for several organizations, including the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, the Urban League of Philadelphia, the Finance Committee for the Board of Trustees at Neumann University, and the Finance and Facilities Management Committees for the Board of Trustees at Virtua Hospitals in Marlton, NJ.

   Provides strategic leadership for the company by working with the Board of Directors and senior management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. Directs senior management in the creation of goals/objectives and budgets. Provides input into hiring of senior-level management. Manages overall performance of the company. Works closely with CFO on creation and monitoring of budgets and contractual agreements for PRWT Services, Inc, its wholly owned subsidiary (U.S. Facilities, Inc.) and affiliate (PRWT Services – Florida, LLC). Provides counsel in the management of the corporation’s legal affairs, providing advice in a manner which ensures informed legal guidance is provided to corporate executive and/or functional departments in a timely and cost efficient manner to protect the corporation’s legal risk and liability. Oversight responsibility for all legal matters pertaining to the corporation’s intellectual property matters and the coordination of any legal matters handled by outside counsel. Secretary of the Boards of Directors of PRWT Services, Inc. and U.S. Facilities, Inc. and member of the Board of the Urban League of Philadelphia.
