A job is offered to an entire eligible cohort of professionals at once and resolved to a single winner — parallel dispatch rather than a sequential chain of phone calls — with a median match time under five seconds. Trust is enforced by code rather than asserted. Aadhaar and PAN are read on the professional's own device, so the match against the submitted application happens locally and instantly rather than in a review queue.
