ABOUT MALIK BENSBAI

I’m a passionate aerospace industry and technology person who has oriented his education and professional career toward this sector. I started with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) in Switzerland to quickly work into manufacturing with a five years’ experience in UK working at the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre with Boeing and Rolls-Royce plc. Among other achievement, I managed to improve the process manufacturing time of an engine part beyond the initial goal and successfully implemented it at the supplier plant.I then came back to France to work for Safran Aircraft Engines and manage an engine casing manufacturing project for the new LEAP engine. After successfully set up the manufacturing process of this new part I introduced new technology and process to the company which were rewarded with two company prices.In Safran, I went through various training about the turbofan architecture. I have a Master’s Degree in Engineering focused in Mechanical Engineering from a French Engineering school. I recently went through the International English Language Testing System (EILTS) test and obtain an average grade of 8 over 9 which qualify me to be a “very good user”.
