ABOUT MALIHEH ACHESHMEH
I am a bilingual Quality Assurance Analyst with over 12 years of experience in manual and automated testing across web, mobile, API, and desktop applications. I hold an Attestation of Collegial Studies (AEC) in software quality from Collège de Bois-de-Boulogne, and a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Khayâm University, Iran.I have hands-on experience in designing, executing, and automating test cases, collaborating closely with developers to improve software quality. I have worked extensively on test automation for both desktop and mobile applications using TestComplete and Appium, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket). Additionally, I conduct performance testing using TestComplete to analyze system behavior under different user loads and optimize performance.I have experience with JavaScript and familiarity with SQL, HTML, and CSS, which I have used in various projects. I also have strong experience in API testing using ReadyAPI, Postman, and SoapUI.I am highly skilled in test case management (Jira, Xray, TestLink), defect tracking, API testing, email testing, and cross-browser testing.
