With over 20 years working inside public works and construction projects — across payroll, HR, labor compliance, and field operations — my work centers on how workforce compliance is evaluated and documented.Most projects submit certified payroll weekly.The real evaluation occurs when documentation is reviewed by an agency, auditor, or funding source. I work with project teams in two different capacities depending on the engagement.For contractors and developers, I provide compliance review, documentation analysis, and audit-response support.
