Achievements • Accelerated the cycle time for stakeholder signoff on user stories from ~2-3 weeks to one week.• Extensive use of workflow diagrams and persona-based-documentation assisted the Product Manager to effectively break & prioritize product Epics and Features into MVP and successive phases. • Swift collaboration with 3rd party vendors helped initiate the integrations in parallel; thus, reducing the MVP timeline by ~1.5 months in 2023 roadmap.
