Provide technical and operational support to country teams, contribute to analytical products, participate in policy dialogue with governments and stakeholders for strengthening women, children and adolescent health, and support strengthening of data systems.Lead the design and implementation of activities for strengthening civil registration and vital statistics systems as a component of health information systems in lending operations and coordinate efforts to develop and maintain CRVS systems and their linkages to health and social protection information systems in collaboration with country teams.Contribute to project preparations and provided implementation support for lending operations in health. Facilitate analytical and advisory services in collaboration with country teams, broker support for capacity building activities, and coordinate with a broad range of partners, including national governments, multilateral and regional institutions, donors, and academics to align support for women, children and adolescents. Provide technical and strategic inputs to support the strengthening of country data sources, systems and capacities, and facilitate use of data for planning, prioritization and program improvement at multiple levels.
