As the CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward County, I am committed to leading our organization in its mission to ignite the potential in every young person. With a dedication to mentorship and community engagement, I oversee programs that annually transform the lives of thousands of youths, providing them with the guidance and support they need to achieve their dreams. My experience in nonprofit leadership, coupled with a passion for youth development, drives me to foster meaningful connections and opportunities that empower the next generation. Together with our incredible team, volunteers, and partners, we are creating brighter futures and stronger communities.Over the years, I have had the privilege of mentoring my Little and through this experience, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of mentorship.
