As a Mid Senior Software Engineer at Nordstrom, I contribute to the Observability team by designing and implementing innovative automation solutions. My work has included building a Python CLI tool utilizing AWS Bedrock to streamline the migration of thousands of Splunk assets to New Relic Terraform resources, as well as developing a Claude Code agent platform to empower engineering teams with automated workflows. I also spearheaded the creation of a logging tagging framework and a remediation tool that enhanced compliance across numerous repositories. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of South Florida, where I honed my technical acumen as a peer leader and teaching assistant for Python.
