I joined as first person in HR when company was just over 50 employees and 3 states and is currently approaching 100 employees in 29 states. World Centric takes great care to foster a healthy culture that supports employees who are all driven towards common mission of making the world a better place. I\'ve been both the strategist and administrator of all HR functions for the entire employee lifecycle. I developed processes and programs for recruiting, onboarding, employee handbook/policy development, compensation, and performance management. All decisions and recommendations from HR are done with great care to preserve culture and mission.
