My career has followed one thread: making technical products work for the people who use them.I started in sales, learned what customers actually need. Moved into software development, learned how to build it. Transitioned to implementation engineering, learned how to deliver it. Now as a data engineer, I build the pipelines and systems that power go-to-market outcomes.At Bill360, that\'s meant owning customer technical onboardings, building the lead-gen data pipeline that powers the SDR team, creating monitoring pipelines in that proactively surface issues, and writing the troubleshooting guides the team relies on.I\'m at my best when I\'m solving technical problems that drive customer and business outcomes.
