In 2008 we started a subsidiary company called TekSis Ltd to sell equipment in to the specialised Vision industry for Automation of inspection across a wide range of processes
ABOUT MALCOLM KNOTT
As the CEO and founder of Industrial Technology Systems (ITS), I lead a team of over 50 problem solvers who deliver industrial control and computing solutions for the chemical, life science, and other sectors. I have over 50 years of engineering experience, specializing in process engineering, validation, and project management. I started ITS in 1991 after working for almost 20 years at ICI, a global chemical company. My mission is to solve complex and tricky problems with simple and pragmatic solutions, based on the highest standards of good engineering practice. I keep up to date with the latest industry developments and trends, and I am a member of various institutes and forums. I am also passionate about supporting causes that matter to me and my community, such as Teesside Hospice and CEO Sleepout. I am an award-winning entrepreneur and a proud ambassador for these organizations.
