This approach is delivered through the dedication and participation of every employee within the company The ChargePoint® containment valve was originally developed in conjunction with Glaxo Pharmaceuticals (now GlaxoSmithKline) in 1996. Previously known as Contained Transfer Coupling (CTC), the fundamental features of the containment valve are still retained in the design as it stands today The precision engineered, patented containment technology has now become a pharmaceutical industry standard for high containment batch transfers. The ChargePoint® containment valve is a common solution for aseptic & contained charging/filling or contained, discharging/dispensing of potent compounds from a wide variety of pharmaceutical and chemical process equipment: from reactors and isolators to mixing and tablet pressing equipment The ChargePoint® containment split valve design has now enabled it to be applied within other areas of the pharmaceutical production process, for example bulk formulations, aseptic processes or steam in place as well as other markets such as the Biotechology
