WORK HISTORY
Human Capital, Manager - Organizational Design, Hybrid Talent Strategy, & Employee Experience @Deloitte
Washington, DC, US
As a leader of a 16-person team, I orchestrated a collaborative organizational design, clarifying position and team level purposes and memberships. I also facilitated seamless communication updates and devised a Change & Communications strategy for higher-level design enhancements. In a dynamic cross-functional project focused on the future of work, I directed research spanning hybrid policies, leadership practices, technology solutions, and initiatives for leading practices in work-life balance. This effort culminated in practical hybrid teaming recommendations that shaped a progressive approach to workforce management. Throughout the project\'s performance period, I managed end-to-end project execution including navigating client relationships, and coordinating internal project leadership. Working closely with Chief Officers, I engaged with a cohort of over 60 Director-level leaders. This collaborative effort entailed evaluating organizational hybrid work needs and assessing employee sentiment. The findings were seamlessly integrated to enhance research-driven recommendations. Delving into the complex realm of hybrid research trends and emerging themes shaping the future of work, I curated, analyzed, and synthesized over 300 research materials and articles. This endeavor contributed to a comprehensive understanding of the organizations evolving landscape. Additional innovation actions extended to the creation and execution of a dynamic rotational development program, work-tax policy changes, a Future of Work sensing survey, and newly designed structures to foster collaboration and facilitate integration of strategic initiatives within the organization. Further solidifying my contribution, I detailed role profiles for emerging leadership positions, which were crafted specifically to build succession pathways for next generation leaders. These profiles were tailored to harmonize intricately with the organization\'s strategic redesign and restructuring efforts.
