Malcolm’s success in the hospitality industry put him in high demand helped him successfully consult for luxury hospitality properties. internationally in Tulum on the Riviera Maya in Mexico. Some of the properties include-Arca, a San Pellegrino Worlds Best Top 50 Restaurant & Bar in Latin America-Gitano, the now wildly renown experiential restaurant group with outposts in NY, Dubai, Mexico City and The Faena in Miami-Luxury boutique hotel property Hotel Esencia, named Town and Country’s Winner of Top 100 Hotels in the World, as well as Conde Nast Gold Winner of Best Hotels in the World 2018 & 2019. Malcolm assisted the hotel and its team in opening two new concepts and winning a Forbes 5 Stars award. Most recently as of 2023, Hotel Esencia was named to the prestigious San Pellegrino\'s \"50 Best Hotels in The World\" debuting at number 19 in the first year of the designations for hotels.Currently, Malcolm and his business partner Sara Stewart started the premier cannabis hospitality management and consulting agency in 2022 and are helping some of the first concepts come to market over the U.S.
