My role is to manage the design, delivery and deployment of all Apprenticeship programmes across all Whitbreads brands, throughout the UK and IrelandI also Manage the quality of the delivery ensuring this is maintained to a standard of excellenceI also the lead on the work that Whitbread undertakes with schools and educational establishments ensuring that Hospitality is seen as a career of choice and that any work experience that a young person undertakes with us is truly inspirationalI also represent Whitbread on a variety of strategy and working groups across the sector and outside of it, ensuring the future of programme and framework development is meeting the needs of both employers and the people undertaking the programes
