Currently I am supporting the financial strategy and structure to the creators of the world\'s first extruded snack using fresh vegetables as the #1 ingredient (minimum 27% broccoli). Growers Garden are also working with LEAF (Linking Environment and Farming) to protect the environment through the promotion of sustainable farming practices.Key Achievements & Responsibilities: Colalborated with the marketing team to grow the client base through advertising campaigns. Helped build the factory to BRCA standards. Finalists in Agriculture, Artisan Food, and Business Start-Up categories in the Scottish Rural Awards 2019.
