I lead work across Home Office HSG and PSG with specific focus on Policing, FCDO, and Borders. I have led delivery of several hundred Agile projects from discovery to live services, and as a qualified SPC, I have conducted Agile at scale leading delivery of the most complex, strategic challenges. This includes the ACE contribution to the design, build and run of the Joint Biosecurity Centre, NHS App secondary care integration and the wastewater-based epidemiology innovation for the UKHSA EMHP programme managing 63 suppliers across 32 programmes and 84 projects over 18 months. I also teach Scaled Agile meaning everyone in MMCg is qualified in Agile practices at scalePrior to ACE, I described myself as an experienced, highly-qualified IT professional who has consistently delivered UK and overseas portfolios, programmes and projects to time, cost and performance parameters. These include a range of multi-million pound pan business sector applications, throughout the system lifecycle, providing ITIL supported business improvements. I am a strategic thinker, with a C4, engineering and logistics pedigree; so I am able to produce simplistic solutions to complex and contentious issues and see the bigger picture, as evident in my scaled agile approach to provide a cohesive portfolio of work for Government customers. Tenacious, with strong natural leadership and effective communication skills I am able to manage an extensive staff and delegate effectively; producing cohesive, collaborative, motivated and efficient high-performing teams that are customer focused and service oriented.
