Single source supplier to an aircraft OEM on a specific airframe along with technical solutions to airline customers for in-service retrofits. Accountable to the Business Unit Executive Value Stream Leadership for all matters pertaining to the contract execution and deliveries to meet aircraft OEM production and airline needs whilst meeting Annual Operating Planning requirements within budget and to plan. Accountable for long term sales and inventory planning along with production throughput capabilities. Responsible for the primary Interface to customers for program execution and support. Leading an Integrated Project Team accountable for all aspects of the programs including Bids & Proposals, Planning & Control, Supply Chain, Production Operations, Contracts, Quality, Logistics, Customer Service, Business Development, Finance and Project Engineering. Responsible for a team of Program Managers and Customer Service Managers to define, plan and execute Sustaining Production Programs, New Customer Introductions, Product Development. Responsible to leadership for the financial success of the Value Stream.
