I provide commercial real estate services throughout the Triangle Region of North Carolina. I specialize in investment services, consultation, tenant and buyer representation services and provide landlord and seller services to select clients. I also work on a consultative basis with two companies to assist with their corporate real estate management and needs in multiple markets with over 50 properties. I enjoy working with clients to find solutions for their real estate needs. I have negotiated hundreds of leases and real estate closings for my clients. By working both as a tenant representative and a landlord representative, I have the expertise and experience to oversee negotiations between all parties to complete transactions. I specialize in office and industrial properties and provide site selection, market analysis, property tours, cost projections, corporate relocation, landlord representation, property acquisition and property disposition (for end users and investors) services. I was nationally recognized by Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties with the Silver Circle of Distinction in 2005 and the Bronze in 2004 and 2007 for gross value in my sales and leasing transactions. I am an active member of the commercial brokerage community and served on the Board of Directors for the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors from 2008 – 2011 and have received the CCIM designation.
