Panoramic Growth Equity (PGE) was founded in 2009 by three experienced venture capital partners: Stephen Campbell, David Wilson and Malcolm Kpedekpo. In March 2010, PGE made an initial close of Panoramic Enterprise Capital Fund 1 (Panoramic ECF 1) at £35m. In April 2016, PGE held a final close on Panoramic Growth Fund 2 - an oversubscribed £65m fund focussed on UK SMEs. Panoramic Growth Equity can invest up to £5m in a variety of transactions; Management buyouts (or buy ins), development capital or replacement capital. The Fund will help meet the increasing demand by SMEs for growth capital, at a time when supply has come under considerable pressure. Total funds under management focussed on UK SMEs currently sit at £100m. The PGE team has built a strong reputation and track record investing in fast-growing UK companies.
