ABOUT MALCOLM HOWE
As the Partner leading Cundall\'s Critical Systems Sector, Malcolm is responsible for the management of the sector alongside Director Peter Liddle. Based in Cundall\'s London office, Malcolm has particular expertise in the design and commissioning of mechanical services installations.Malcolm’s specialist interest and expertise is in developing low energy cooling solutions for the data centre industry, with a particular focus on system resilience and free cooling solutions. Prior to becoming involved in the Data Centre Sector, Malcolm led the building services design of a number of large Corporate Office Developments.Within Cundall, Malcolm also has an involvement in internal design reviews and the development of technical standards for the Practice.Malcolm is a Chartered Engineer with over 30 years’ experience of working in the Building Services industry. He received an HND in Environmental Engineering and an ONC in Mechanical Engineering before obtaining a Degree in Building Services Engineering at the University of Hertfordshire, from which he graduated with First Class Honors in Malcolm is a Member of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (MCIBSE) and a Member of Engineers Ireland (MIEI). Malcolm is also registered with The Uptime Institute as an Accredited Tier Designer (ATD), SpecialtiesCritical Systems for Data Centres
