   Developed DO-178B/C compliant requirements based test cases for the maintenance database of the General Electric GE9X FADEC for the new To complete validation of the GE9X for EASA, legacy tests needed to have test cases written for them to show requirements were met. Test cases were written based on the requirements and where holes were found close loop tests were updated or written. An additional analysis task was conducted to confirm that the defaults for DO178B/C classed Adjustment Requirements had been met.• Develop process to show how test cases were to be written and show verification• Identify and create configured repository of data to support the writing of test cases.• Analyze, write, verify and review test cases• Validate, update and write open loop tests to support written test cases.• Develop process to show how and analysis of all 17,500 requirements would be conducted to identify default values for DO-178B/C Adjustment Requirement• Lead a team of ten engineers, in writing test cases, test and analyzing adjustment requirements• Primary technical lead in interfacing with the customer GE to deliver test case work packages and the adjustment requirements default value analysis.• Worked with GE to assess work opportunities and expand current work orders.Developed DO-178 compliant requirements based tests for the Flight Control Systems of the Bell 360 Invictus Future Attack Reconnaissance Aircraft. The Flight Control System was a Model Based Development with design documentation/requirements in Matlab/Simulink.
